No plastics are used. We limit the packaging materials to the amount that is really necessary to bring the items to you with good care. The package consists of a cardboard box and tissue paper on the inside for extra protection, these are both recyclable. Our stickers are part of the Eco-Packaging Alliance of Noissue. They are made from FSC certified paper, printed with soy-based ink and they are acid free. Our tags are made from 100% recycled paper. Our hygiene liners are made from kraft paper instead of traditional plastic.

Actually, we pack every order as a present. There is no invoice included, because you'll receive that by email. When you open the box, there is a nice card with information and kind words on top. The items are carefully packed in paper and this makes it present proof! 

On the product page, you'll find information about the expected delivery date in the article description. You'll receive an email when we've dispatched your package. In case you ordered a combination of items that are in stock and pre-order items, we'll send 2 packages so you don't have to wait too long for the stock items. In case you prefer to receive the order at once, please leave a note when you check-out and we'll take care of it.
